(1) A licensee shall comply with all state and local building, plumbing, zoning, sanitation, and health laws, rules, and ordinances as determined by the state and local law enforcement officials who have jurisdiction over the licensee.(2) A licensee shall not use a license at the licensed premises unless a temporary or permanent certificate of occupancy has been issued by the local unit of government having jurisdiction over the location of the licensed premises or the licensed premises complies with the requirements in subrule (1) of this rule.Mich.
