Section R. 418.101208 - Renewal of certificationRule 1208.
(1) A carrier or other entity shall apply to the workers' compensation agency for renewal of certification in the manner prescribed by the agency, submitting the application within 90 days before the expiration date on the certification.(2) A carrier or other entity shall receive renewal of certification upon receipt of an updated description of its program as specified in R 418.101206.Mich.
