Section R. 408.12428 - Pressure vessels

Rule 2428.

(1) A pressure vessel that is used in conjunction with a press before June 15, 1990, shall be as prescribed in American Society of Mechanical Engineers ASME "Pressure Vessel Code," Section VIII, "Unfired Pressure Vessels," 1974 edition, as adopted in R 408.12402.
(2) A pressure vessel that is installed in conjunction with a press after June 15, 1990, shall be as prescribed in ASME "Pressure Vessel Code," Section VIII, "Unfired Pressure Vessels," 1983 edition, as adopted in R 408.12402.
