Section R. 330.10095 - DischargeRule 10095. The director shall discharge a person admitted under this section after 1 of the following:
(a) Upon the expiration of the 60-day examination and evaluation period, if a petition has not been filed with a probate court by a prosecuting attorney.(b) When a person is released to the custody of a peace officer for transport to a probate hearing, or at the conclusion of a probate court hearing held at the center, if an individual is found not to be a person requiring treatment or meeting the criteria for judicial admission.(c) When the person is ordered by the probate court to some other hospital, facility, or agency for treatment.Mich.
