(1) A dewatering well shall be located to accomplish the temporary dewatering process, and shall be constructed and maintained to prevent surface water and other known sources of pollution from entering the well.(2) The location of all existing underground structures and utilities shall be determined before any construction to prevent damages or hazards.Mich.
