Section 36.10.13.18 - Security Department Minimum Staffing for Class A and Class B-1 Sports Wagering Facility LicenseesA. Except as set forth in §B, this regulation is applicable only to the holder of a Class A sports wagering facility license.B. The Commission may require the holder of a Class B-1 sports wagering facility license to comply with any or all of the requirements of this regulation.C. At least 60 days before sports wagering operations are to commence or another time approved Commission, a sports wagering licensee shall submit its security department minimum staffing plan to the Commission for review and written approval.D. A sports wagering licensee may not commence operations until its security department minimum staffing plan is approved in writing by the Commission.Md. Code Regs. 36.10.13.18
