Section 10.06.01.07 - Minimum Control Measures for Specific Diseases or ConditionsA. The definitions of terms used in the text and the recommendations for control included in the Control of Communicable Diseases Manual are accepted as official and applicable to the control of disease within this State under the regulations of the Secretary, except in those instances in which the recommendations may be in conflict with Regulation .06A or Regulations .08-.21 of this chapter, in which case the regulations of the Secretary or special instructions of the Secretary or a health officer shall take precedence.B. The diseases and conditions described in Regulations .08-.21 of this chapter are subject to specific requirements and control procedures as specified.Md. Code Regs. 10.06.01.07
