Section 08.01.03.04 - Disposition of Proceeds

The Department shall use the service charges, collected under Regulation .03C of this chapter, to promote use of ORVs by:

A. Identifying and posting ORV trails for use;

B. Acquiring, developing, and managing ORV trails; and

C. Patrolling and maintaining ORV trails.
