Section 591-3-2 - Procedures in General

1. The Board shall conduct hearings in accordance with the Maine Administrative Procedure Act, 5 M.R.S. §401et seq.("APA"), 29-A M.R.S. §§111 and 112 and rules adopted by the Board.
