The board may take disciplinary action against a licensee, or may deny or refuse to renew a license, for violation of the board's rules, including the reasons described in this chapter. This chapter supplements the grounds for disciplinary action set forth in 10 MRSA §8003(5-A)(A) and 32 MRSA §32 MRSA§ 9860-A.
