Section 385-840-8 - Reporting Requirements1.Water Test Results. Licensees shall notify the Board of any unsatisfactory water results within three (3) business days of the Licensee's or Designated Operator's receipt of the test results.2.Failure to Comply. All Private Water Systems must report to the Board any failure to comply with the rules within three (3) business days, including the failure to test, monitor, or report water analyses, or to correct non-compliance with these rules.3.Change in Ownership. All current owners, Licensees, or Designated Operators of Private Water Systems must notify the Board of a change in ownership thirty (30) days prior to the transfer. 4.Consumer Complaint.
