If a citation is issued, any pending application will not be processed further until the administrative fine is received by the Board or the Board takes final action regarding the citation following an adjudicatory hearing. After receipt of the administrative fine, the application will be re-placed in regular processing order. The application will be processed further, subject to all regular reviews and processes.
