For securities being registered pursuant to this rule, the Form U-7, which is hereby incorporated by reference into this rule, shall be used as the registration statement required under 32 M.R.S.A. §16304. The fees prescribed by 32 M.R.S.A. §16305(2) must accompany the Form U-7 filed with the Securities Administrator.
