Section 026-80-1 - Request for RulingA.Written request. Upon written request of any interested person, the Board of Pesticides Control may make an advisory ruling with respect to the applicability of any statute or rule administered by the Board of Pesticides Control to him or his property or actual state of facts.B.Address to Director. All advisory ruling requests shall be addressed to the Director, Board of Pesticides Control, Maine Department of Agriculture, Augusta, Maine 04333.C.Request for more information. The request shall contain sufficient facts for the Board of Pesticides Control to make a ruling. The Board of Pesticides Control may request information from the party requesting the ruling.
