Section XIII-107 - Violations and penaltiesA. Any person or firm found to be dredging without, or in violation of a validly issued license from this department shall be subject to criminal and civil penalties pursuant to R.S. 56:2012, et seq.La. Admin. Code tit. 76, § XIII-107
