Section VII-169 - Black Bass Regulations, Eagle LakeA. The size regulation for black bass (Micropterus spp.) on Eagle Lake located east of the Mississippi River in Madison Parish, Louisiana is as follows.B. It shall be unlawful to take or possess, while on the water or while fishing in the water, black bass less than 16 inches total length on Eagle Lake, located east of the Mississippi River in Madison Parish, Louisiana.
