Section IX-123 - ComplaintsA. Any person shall have the right to file a complaint with the administrator alleging a violation of the act or regulations. When, from the complaint, it appears to the administrator that there is reasonable cause to believe that a violation has occurred, is about to occur, or is occurring, the administrator shall conduct an investigation. If the investigation indicates that a violation has occurred, is about to occur, or is occurring, the administrator shall initiate an enforcement action pursuant to §119 or shall refer the matter to the attorney general or appropriate district attorney for an enforcement action pursuant to the statutes referenced in §121 The administrator shall respond to the complainant in an appropriate manner.La.
