A. In compliance with the provisions of R.S. 30:2415, the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development hereby specifies its policy for maximizing the recycling of highway construction and maintenance materials. The department currently purchases all items, except road and bridge materials which are the subject of this rule, through the Office of State Purchasing. Therefore, all items purchased, other than road and bridge materials, are subject to any and all rules on the subject of recycling which have been promulgated by the Office of State Purchasing.La.
