Section III-311 - Expedited SNAP HearingsA. The DCFS Appeals Unit and the department must expedite hearing decisions for SNAP households that plan to move from the jurisdiction of the hearing official before the hearing decision would normally be reached. Hearing requests from these households shall be expedited if necessary to enable them to receive a decision before they leave the area.La. Admin. Code tit. 67, § III-311
