Section XVII-307 - When to Submit Applications to D.P.SA. As covered in §905, new employees must wait one year before beginning to draw supplemental pay. The application(s) must be submitted within 60 days of the end of this waiting period. In cases where applications are submitted late, back pay may be involved.
