Section I-573 - Qualifications of Forensic LaboratoriesA. Each forensic laboratory seeking approval from the department to perform analysis of controlled dangerous substances in bodily fluids shall comply with the qualifications as established by the Louisiana State Police Crime Laboratory in accordance with these rules.La.
