Section I-503 - Ex Parte CommunicationsA. The designated trial attorney shall refrain from ex parte communications with the board and attorneys designated to advise the board or responsible for assisting in writing the opinion of the board, except as is otherwise specifically provided for in the Administrative Procedure Act, §960.
