Section I-1012 - Consolidation of Public HearingsA. When applications for declaratory opinions of two or more applicants involve similar or related circumstances, the board may, on its own motion, on motion of the trial attorney or on motion of an applicant, order a joint hearing of all applicants or may order separate hearings for specified applicants.La.
