Section V-17504 - Waiver of RequirementsA. The board may, in its discretion, waive all or part of the continuing education required by these rules in favor of a registered doula who makes written request for such waiver to the board and evidences to the satisfaction of the board a permanent physical disability, illness, financial hardship, or other similar extenuating circumstances precluding satisfaction of the continuing education requirements.La.
