Section XLVII-3413 - Appeal from Board DecisionA. Any person whose license has been revoked, suspended, denied, or otherwise disciplined by the board shall have the right to have the proceedings of the board reviewed by the court having jurisdiction over the board, provided that such appeal is made within 30 days after the written decision of the board is signed by the executive director or designee and sent by certified mail to the individual's address of record. The board's decision is enforceable in the interim unless the court orders a stay.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XLVII-3413
