Section XLV-5517 - Causes for Administrative ActionA. The board may deny, refuse to issue, renew, or reinstate, or may suspend, revoke or impose probationary conditions and restrictions on the license, temporary license (examination permit), or temporary work permit of any respiratory therapist if the licensee or applicant for license has been guilty of unprofessional conduct which has endangered or is likely to endanger the health, welfare, or safety of the public.La.
