Section XLI-317 - Inspection of Horses' Fitness to RaceA. Trainers of horses entered in the first or second race shall inspect the condition of their horses 1 1/2 hours before post time of the first race. If any horse is found to be unfit to race, the trainer shall report that fact to the stewards one hour before post time of the first race.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XLI-317
