Section XIX-2101 - Scope of ChapterA. The rules of this Chapter prescribe the procedures by which interested persons may petition the State Board of Certified Public Accountants of Louisiana to exercise its rulemaking authority under the Act by the adoption, amendment or repeal of administrative rules and regulations.La.
