Section VII-115 - Linen and TowelsA. A separate, clean towel or neck band shall be used for each patron. Sufficient enclosed sanitary towel cabinets for storage of clean towels and closed hampers or covered containers for soiled towels shall be provided. After use on each customer, all soiled towels shall immediately be disposed of in a closed hamper or covered container and shall not be left on the lavatory or work stand. Towels shall not be used as a cover on top of a work stand or in a sterilizer cabinet for placement of tools.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § VII-115
