Section LXX-6503 - Circumstances for Drug TestingA. Regular and random, unannounced urine and hair drug screening shall be done at a frequency designed to assure the state, shipping clients and the general public that the board is dedicated in its enforcement of a zero tolerance policy towards prohibited drugs and the abuse of prescription drugs.B. Additionally, the board reserves the right to require a drug screen whenever the board has reasonable suspicion a pilot is under the influence of a drug.
