Section XIX-3933 - Coverage of Rules

A. Any interested owner or represented party who is not notified by an applicant, as set forth in §3907 or §3917, as appropriate, and who does not attend the conference requested pursuant to §3911 or the conference scheduled pursuant to §3917, whichever is applicable, shall not be bound by the time periods set forth in §3915 The time periods set forth in §3915 shall be modified in the discretion of the commissioner as the circumstances justify.

B. Any attorney or consultant engaged at any time by an interested party shall immediately notify the applicant, interested owners and represented parties of his representation and thereafter said interested party shall be considered a represented party and shall comply with these rules of procedure. In this circumstance, §3921 shall be applicable if a conference were held, and the time periods set forth in §3915 may be modified in the discretion of the commissioner as the circumstances justify.
