Section V-975 - FERC Authority [Formerly LAC 43:I.1175]

A. This Subpart shall apply only to hydrokinetic energy source projects which fall under the jurisdiction of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission pursuant to the Federal Power Act, 16 U.S.C. 791 a, et seq.

B. In the event there is a conflict with the requirements of this Subpart with any requirements under Chapter 11, the requirements set forth in this Subpart shall govern.
