Section IX-305 - ApplicationA. Any interested party requesting the designation of any formation in Louisiana as a tight formation shall file an application with the commissioner and the appropriate district manager(s). The application shall include a filing fee of $100, a proposed definition of the recommended tight formation, and a legible map depicting the geographical area covered by the application.La. Admin.
