Section II-710 - Distribution and Filing of Charge SheetA. When the convening authority has completed his action as outlined above, the original Charge Sheet with all exhibits attached is filed in accordance with instructions promulgated by active component publications as the record of trial. The convening authority forwards a complete and legible copy of the package to the accused, defense counsel and the reviewing staff judge advocate.La. Admin. Code tit. 41, § II-710
