Section I-1789 - Reporting of Corrupt ActA. If any person licensed by the commission shall be approached with an offer or a promise of a bribe, or with a request or a suggestion for a bribe, or for any improper, corrupt or fraudulent act or practice in relation to a race or racing, or that any race shall be conducted otherwise than fairly and in accordance with the Rules of Racing, such licensed person shall immediately report the matter to the stewards or the commission; should any person be found by the stewards or the commission to have violated this Section, said licensed person shall have such punishment by fine and/or suspension of license, as is deemed appropriate.La.
