Section V-2554 - Emergency and Sole Source ProcurementsA. Notwithstanding the guidelines established in Chapters 9 and 11 of this Part, procurements of information technology consulting services in an amount exceeding the maximum value specified in R.S. 39:1621(C) under emergency or sole source conditions shall involve a procurement support team designated by the Office of State Procurement and under the direction of a team leader designated by the Office of State Procurement.La.
