Section IX-905 - Minimal ChargesA. Service charges for items requested by a donee and which are shipped directly from the federal holding agency to the donee shall be based on a percentage of the acquisition cost of the item, which is derived from the percentage of the cost for each of the functions performed by the program.B. Transportation costs, if transportation is provided by the program, shall be based on the cost per mile, cost of loading, unloading, crating, and packing. Transportation arranged by the donee shall be paid direct by the donee and must be provided in a timely manner in order not to lose the priority for the item.La. Admin. Code tit. 34, § IX-905
