Section IX-301 - Agency ResponsibleA. The Federal Property Assistance Program, a unit of the Louisiana Property Assistance Agency, a section of the Division of Administration, which is in the Executive Branch of the Office of the Governor, is designated as the agency responsible for administering the federal surplus property program in the state of Louisiana.La.
