Section IX-2303 - Donee AuditsA. Any state or local government, nonprofit organization or educational institution that receives item(s) valued at $25,000 or more annually from the Donation of Federal Surplus Personal Property Program shall have an audit performed in accordance with the Office of Management and Budget Circular A-133. A copy of the audit shall be sent to the program office immediately after the donee receives the audit.La. Admin. Code tit. 34, § IX-2303
