Section XV-917 - Report and Notification of a Dose to an Embryo/FetusA. A registrant shall report any dose to an embryo/fetus in excess of 50 mSv (5 rem) dose equivalent that is a result of a therapeutic X-ray procedure, in accordance with LAC 33:XV.710.A and C-F.La. Admin. Code tit. 33, § XV-917
