Section XI-1137 - Release from the RequirementsA. An owner or operator is no longer required to maintain financial responsibility under this Chapter for an underground storage tank after the tank has been permanently closed or undergoes a change-in-service, or, if corrective action is required, after corrective action has been completed and the tank has been permanently closed or undergoes a change-in-service as required by LAC 33:XI.Chapter 9.La.
