Section XLIII-1325 - IEP AccountabilityA. The LEA shall provide special education and related services to gifted and talented students in accordance with the student's IEP.B. The LEA shall make a good faith effort to assist the student to achieve the goals listed in the IEP.C. No state agency, teacher, or other person shall be held accountable if a student does not achieve the growth projected in the annual goals. La. Admin. Code tit. 28, § XLIII-1325
