Section CLXV-505 - Households Categorically Eligible for CCAPA. Households are categorically eligible for CCAP if they have household members who are: 1. recipients of Family Independence Temporary Assistance Program (FITAP) who are participating in the Strategies to Empower People (STEP) Program; or2. children in foster care.La.
