Section III-501 - Criteria for Minority CertificationA. Eligibility for participation in the minority set-aside program of the state is contingent upon certification that the minority-owned business or minority business enterprise meets the criteria defined in §301. A 1-3 of this Part. It is the responsibility of any minority business wishing to participate in the minority set-aside program or otherwise to receive minority vendor preference to complete the required certification process.La.
