Section III-1511 - Bid Identified as Set-AsideA. For purchases made through State Central Purchasing, the agency for whom the purchase is being made shall clearly label the request for issuance of an invitation to bid as a "minority business set-aside." State Central Purchasing shall then proceed to advertise the bid as a minority set-aside on behalf of the requesting agency.La. Admin. Code tit. 19, § III-1511
