Section 92-23-51 - Disputed game of bingo
(a) "Disputed game of bingo" shall mean a game of bingo at which a participant or observer registers a complaint with a licensee's employee or volunteer who is operating, conducting, or managing games of bingo for the licensee. If the participant or observer is not satisfied with the manner in which the complaint is handled, then that individual may file a written complaint with the administrator.
(b) Each licensee shall, on the premises, post in plain view of the participants the address where bingo complaints may be filed. The address shall be provided to each licensee by the department.
