Section 71-3-2 - Permitted advertising

All advertising by a dental hygienist shall include the name of a Kansas-licensed dentist with whom the dental hygienist is employed or associated. If the name of a dental hygienist is used in advertising, the name shall be accompanied by the designation "R.D.H." or "dental hygienist."
