Section 69-12-8 - Warnings(a) The tanning facility operator shall post warning signs as specified in subsections (a) and (b) The tanning facility operator shall have available for inspection, written warning statements that are in compliance with K.S.A. 65-1921. The tanning device operator shall read the required information to any illiterate or visually handicapped consumer, in the presence of a witness. Kan. Admin. Regs. § 69-12-8
