Section 56-1-6 - Enforcement

(a) Any person or government agency violating any of these regulations or armory rules and procedures may be expelled and ejected from the armory.

(b) Any dispute concerning applicant rights or obligations under the rental or lease agreement or concerning any decision made by the adjutant general shall be submitted to the military advisory board. The decision of the board shall be final and binding on all parties.
