Section 5-25-5 - Water flowmeter requirements
(a) Each non-domestic well, except any well authorized by a temporary permit, shall be equipped with a water flowmeter. Each water flowmeter required by the board shall meet or exceed the specifications in K.A.R. 5-1-4 through 5-1-12 .
